The Service provides market data analytics for informational purposes only. Nothing on EDGE constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. EDGE is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any other regulatory body as an investment adviser or broker-dealer.
EDGE Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly ($29/mo) or annually ($249/yr). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. EDGE makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data displayed.
You may not use EDGE to scrape data, resell signals, automate trading without explicit written permission, or violate any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming under AAA Commercial Rules, not by jury trial or class action.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
